When did Ziva get pregnant?
In the show, DiNozzo leaves after learning that he has a daughter with his former partner Special Agent Ziva David, who apparently died in a mortar attack on her home in Israel. DiNozzo leaves NCIS to “look for some answers” and to care for their daughter….Anthony DiNozzo.
In Season 9, an Alternate Universe was revealed where Kate had never been killed by Ari thanks to Gibbs; thus Kate and Tony were married, and had a newborn baby girl, named Kelly.

In season thirteen, it is revealed that they also consummated their relationship, leading to Ziva becoming pregnant. Though DiNozzo was not informed of this, Ziva gave birth to a daughter named Tali. In season thirteen (“Family First”), Ziva’s farmhouse is destroyed in a mortar attack ordered by CIA Agent Trent Kort.
