For a soprano, the highest voice part, the typical range is from about middle C (C4) to 2 octaves higher, the high C (C6). The highest soprano note in a musical is the E6 sung by Christine in Phantom of the Opera.
Is E6 a whistle note?
E6 is a “high note” for anybody. It is somewhat unusual for a male singer to have a range that reaches this high. (To be clear, this is a note that is often too high for many sopranos!)
