How many questions can you get wrong on Virginia permit test?
You may take the driver’s test a maximum number of 3 times on each permit. If you are over the age of 18 and fail the driver’s test, you must wait at least one (1) day before you can take the test again.
If you are age 18 or older and you have never held a license issued by any state, U.S. territory or foreign country, you must hold a learner’s permit for a minimum of 60 days or show completion of a state approved driver training course while holding the permit.
Driving alone on a learner’s permit is a violation of Virginia Code § 46.2-335(c) and (k) and is a Class 2 misdemeanor. They can take away your right to drive and give you a fine. I would suggest trying to get your full licensing privileges if you are able to before your court date and consult with a local attorney.
