With T-Mobile FamilyWhere® a T-Mobile primary account holder can use the FamilyWhere Android app or the My T-Mobile website to locate any phone on their plan that is on the T-Mobile network.
Order online. Choose in-store pickup at checkout. Go to the store and pick up your new phone. Don’t send in your old phone until you have your new phone.
Delivery typically takes up to 5 business days after the order is placed.
