How do you get the gainer off a cliff?
Is Cliff Diving illegal?
Cliff diving puts tremendous stresses on your body. These show divers survive to dive another day because they’ve trained for years, are familiar with the area and adjust their dives according to fluctuating wave and water conditions. But even they occasionally sustain injuries.
How do cliff divers survive?
The highest recorded jump from a cliff is 58.5 metres (191 ft 11 in) and was achieved by Laso Schaller (Switzerland, b. Brazil) jumping from the Cascata del Salto in Maggia, Switzerland, on 4 August 2015.
Backflips are PHYSICALLY easier. Fronts are MENTALLY easier. Honestly it’s up to you really, but the physical movements are very different so I wouldn’t say you need to learn one first before you progress to the next, it’s all about what feels more natural to you.
Why do cliff jumpers throw rocks?
start falling back with your knees slightly bent, then when you are around 30-45 degrees you can jump and it will push you out and away from the wall. if there is an inrun then gainers are way less scary IMO. Do a gainer, its when you run forward and jump(still going forward) then backflip.
