How do you get Neko Shogun with Dekaja?
Shiisaa (16 / Chariot) Deal weak Electric damage to 1 foe.
To get this, all you need to do is fuse a Jack Frost with Makami. For those unaware, that’s a Magician arcana with a Temperance arcana. It’s important you use a Makami here, as that will be the Persona that has the Frei skill you need your Shiisaa to learn.
How do you get Shiisaa with Frei?
There are two ways to do this. You can get a High Counter Skill Card by completing the request “The Killer Laughs in the Garbage Can,” which becomes available on 10/14. Simply give use that card on Seth and you’re all set….You’ll need to combine four different Personas to create a Seth:
Jack Frost (with Mabufu) is a common Persona. Found in both the first Palace, or in the first floors of Mementos. Simply level up Jack Frost or combine two Personas to create Jack Frost to unlock.
By leveling up
Strengthen your Persona using either a Orobas or a Flauros to get Neko Shogun with Dekaja. Once you have the exact combination, talk to the twin wardens, and they’ll reward you with a boost to Rank 6 for your Strength Confidant.
