Does your Pokemon disobey you sword and shield?
You need to collect all the gym badges. The 8th one will make any Pokemon obey you.

after level 10, your traded pokemon will disobey you. You’ll need the second badge to have level 30 and below traded pokemon to obey you. Pokemon you’ve caught directly in your game will never disobey you.
Unlike in previous regions, you have defeat the Elite Four in order for all Pokémon to obey you. After defeating Island Kahuna Hapu in the grand trial, Pokémon up until level 80 will obey you. This is different from previous games, where by defeating the eighth gym leader, all Pokémon will obey you.
Do Pokemon stop obeying you sword?
Yes. Four legs good, two legs bad. Disobedience has only ever applied to traded Pokemon in the games. Your Starter Pokémon will always obey you, regardless of Disobedience levels.
