Can you get both Dialga and palkia?
You can catch both Dialga and Palkia at the same time in Pokemon Platinum. First you need to beat the Elite Four and Champion Cynthia, and get the National Dex from Professor Rowan. Then go to Celestic Town and talk to Cynthia’s grandmother.
But Like just like the fact you cant catch Ho-oh originally in Platinum you cant Catch Dialga, Palkia or Giritina in Heart Gold. Mainly because if you payed any attention to Pokemon Pearl, Diamond Platinum then you would know that These Pokemon created SINNOH from Mt. Coronet.

Palkia and Dialga can be caught in Pokemon Platinum after defeating the Elite Four. In Mt. Coronet, there will be two items to pick up. Be sure to have HM Waterfall available for use.
