Establishing Sibling Guardianship According to Find Law, siblings need to petition the court to become a guardian. The older sibling seeking custody needs to be eighteen, and the younger sibling must be under eighteen.
Non-intimate body piercings means piercing a part of the body including the nose, tongue, face, belly button or other skin surfaces for the purpose of inserting a bar, pin, ring, stud or similar thing. Children under 18 years of age who want to have their body pierced must have written permission from a parent.
(a) It shall be an infraction for any person to perform or offer to perform body piercing upon a person under the age of 18 years, unless the body piercing is performed in the presence of, or as directed by a notarized writing by, the person’s parent or guardian.
A minor’s parent or legal guardian must be present for a child under the age of 18 to get a body piercing. The parent or guardian must also provide written permission for the minor to receive the piercing.
